We're sorry, but we close the guesthouse from the 23rd of Jan to 23rd of Feb.

ATTENTION
We have a curfew(23:00) and time for lights-out(24:00).
However let us know the situation, we'll take the circumstances into consideration.

In addtion we don't offer the children fare. If you want to stay here with chldren, please contact us first.

For our guests' safety, we demand to see the identity card.

Check-in time 16:00-22:00, check-out time 10:00
If you won't check-in before 22:00 without contact, we'll cancel your booking and charge a cancellation fee.
In the case of the late check-in, we'll charge a fee 250yen per 15min. after 22:00.

We close the guesthouse between 11:00 and 16:00 because of the cleaning.
You could leave the baggage between 8:00 and 11:00 without any contact.
If you'd like to leave the baggage between 11:00 and 16:00, there are coin-locker in the Nijo Sta. mall BiVi next to the Nijo Sta. and Omiya Sta. as well.

Cancellation Policy

Let us know about your cancellation or rebooking as soon as possibile.
The cancellation charges are as belows:

• 3-7 days before Check In date　　　　　　50% of room charges
• 1-2 days before Check In date　　　　　　70% of room charges
• Actual day of Check In or No-show　　　100% of room charges
